Welcome to DPF Problems. By booking our services or using our website,
you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
DPF Problems provides lawful on-car DPF cleaning, diagnostics, forced regeneration,
and related services. We do not remove or tamper with emissions systems, as this is illegal
for road use in the UK.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by phone, email, or text message.
- Payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a callout fee.
4. Warranty & Limitations
- Our DPF cleaning service restores flow where possible but cannot guarantee long-term performance if the underlying fault is not repaired (e.g. faulty sensors, injectors, or EGR issues).
- We are not liable for engine or system damage caused by pre-existing faults, improper vehicle maintenance, or modifications.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, with sufficient fuel and access to the service area.
- Provide accurate details about the vehicle, registration, and any known issues.
- Follow our aftercare advice to maintain DPF health and prevent future blockages.
6. Liability
DPF Problems will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
